Assigning Layouts

After you have created additional layouts you can assign them to users based on roles.  You will need to create your roles and assign the roles to your users before you can assign the layouts.

To assign a layout:

1. Click on the wrench .

2. Click on Users.

3. Click on roles.

4. on this screen you will see a list of all your roles.  First select the module where you have created your layout.  Then select the layout for the appropriate role.\

5. This page automatically saves your preferences.  Your users will now see their appropriate layouts when they login.
