CRM Product Manager Account Template
The CRM Product Manager includes the same modules as the CRM Lite template but brings in one additonal module, "Products".
The "Products" module will allow you to add the various products that your company sells. In additon, this gives you the ability to add these "Products" to an "Opportunity". You can then create a template that will allow you to create an invoice with the click of a button.
In addition, you can store your records in both the "Contacts" and "Companies" Module. You can store the contact information in the "Contacts" module and the company information in the "Companies" module. In the various modules you can separate your records in the way that it most relevant to your needs by creating different "Views".
In the "Tickets" module you will also have the ability to create and track support tickets that may be relevant to your business. You can attach these records to a specific company record given the relationship that is set up between these modules.
You will also have access to the system modules, "Calendar", "Email", "Reports", "Campaigns, "Activities", and "Funnels", that are included with every account.
