Delete Subscriptions
If a user is inactivated you will also need to delete the subscritpion seat that is associated with the user or you will continued to be billed for the user. eSalesTrack does not allow you to delete any subsciption seats that are being used so it is a good idea to check the subsciption count to make sure you are not getting billed for any inactive users.
To delete subscription seats:
1. Click on the wrench.
2. Click Subscriptions.
3. Click "delete subscription seats".
4. Select how subscription seats you would like to delete, you can only delete subscriptions seats that are not being used.
5. Click "Delete".
