Getting Started
Tools
There are three icons in the top left corner of your
eSalesTrack account. These icon contain three different tools. There
is a link to the training website, the admin toolbox, and also the logout
button.
HELP |

This directs you to the "Help Menu" where you can look up how to
accomplish any specific task. This will guide you through a pictorial on
how to accomplish each task. |
TOOLBOX |
|
The toolbox home page contains tools for customizing the eSalesTrack
application. This page provides access points to personal preferences,
general administration, sharing, display and themes, downloads, modules,
email, portal and web forms, users, subscriptions, templates,
automation, company profile, and to manage data. |
LOGOUT |
|
This icon will log you out of the system. We recommend you logout of the
system whenever you are not in front of your computer. Your information
could be edited by another person who would use that computer if you are
still logged in. As another precaution, your eSalesTrack session will
end if there is no interaction for 20 minutes. |
Toolbox
The toolbox is where you can find the tools to edit your eSalesTrack account.
PERSONAL PREFERENCES |

The Personal Preferences tool is used to change passwords, edit
information, edit pictures, and import data. |
EMAIL |
|
The Emails landing page includes a summary of your current emails and
quick links to accomplish your most common tasks quickly and easily. |
PORTAL AND WEB FORMS |
|
The Portal and Web Forms section is used to add and manage web forms. |
USERS |
|
The Users section is used to add and manage users. This includes setting
roles and defining groups, permissions, territories, and subscriptions. |
DOWNLOADS |
|
The Downloads tool is used when accessing the Outlook and Excel
plug-ins. |
MODULES |
|
The Module tool is used to add modules, create fields, manage forms,
create system forms, edit relationships, create permissions, edit
mapping, edit unassigned records, change field themes, and maintain
libraries. |
AUTOMATION |
|
The Automation tool is used to add and manage notifications. |
MY COMPANY PROFILE |
|
My Company Profile tool is used to create and edit the company
profile and locations. |
MANAGE DATA |
|
The Manage Data section is used to import, update, export, and delete data.
It is also possible to reassign records, transfer data and edit the data
API. |
SUBSCRIPTIONS |
|
The Subscriptions page is where you can edit your billing information
and also delete unused subscription seats. |
TEMPLATES |
|
The Templates section is used to create and edit document templates, email
templates, and the image gallery. |
SHARING |
|
The Sharing section is used to assume users, set calendar sharing, and edit
module sharing. |
DISPLAY AND THEMES |
|
The Display and Themes tool is used to change colors, headers and form
field themes. |
